Fees & Refund Overview


FEES:
▪ ALL fees are due upon registration unless a payment plan has been selected at the time of registration.
▪ ALL fees must be paid in full prior to the player’s first practice.
▪ ALL fees must be paid electronically unless other arrangements have been made with the treasurer ([email protected]).
▪ A $50 fee will be applied to all returned checks.
▪ In the event your remaining balance is not paid in full prior to the first practice, AND you have not made prior arrangements with the club, your player will be dropped from the program and you will forfeit all monies paid towards registration.  

REFUNDS:
▪ If any program is canceled due to low enrollment, or for any other circumstance, up to and including the the first day of practice, you will receive a full refund.
▪ If any program is canceled for any circumstance after the first day of practice, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of the program remaining, less a $25 processing fee.
▪ Registration fees are generally non refundable, however you may petition the Gig Harbor Lacrosse Board for a refund if the request is received within two weeks of withdrawal from any program. Refund requests must be made in writing and should explain the reason for the withdrawal.
▪ Gig Harbor Lacrosse reserves the right to refuse any refund request.
▪ Uniform and apparel items are not included in this refund policy, and are subject to the refund policy of the specific vendor.
